Colourful season

It's been quite a while since the last i post something here. I was looking for inspiration here and there and well to be honest i was bussy with my tumblr (as always), but then when i saw this picture from Jean-Charles de Castelbajac S/S 11 show on stylebubble and i thought it'd be rude of me not to share this daring info. As you can see the pictures bellow, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac has brought Felix back to life! I love spring/summer collection, they're always colourful and they always love to play with colour and wild patterns.

Style-Anywhere

So I just recently found out about this fashion blog when i saw Jakarta Fashion Week's recent update on facebook. This is a blog about the street style and fashion in Singapore, Jakarta, Philippines, Malaysia, and others. Style-Anywhere actually was selected in the roundup of international fashion blogs for VOGUE. Visiting the blog i was excited because it has really good entries. They post great pictures of the street styles, models off duty and also there's this Through The Viewfinder section in that blog which i find interesting, it's actually about fashion in Jakarta.

The writer of Through The Viewfinder is Gwen Winarno (if you're wondering whether she's related to Bondan Winarno (the host of culinary program called Wisata Kuliner) or not, the answer is yes, she's his daughter) is actually the one who launched the first online fashion magazine in Indonesia, called Swank Glossy.

Book Bags

The idea of making bags that look like books is simply brilliant. The French based designer, Olympia Le-Tan, is the master mind behind it, she has created a new collection of book bags . And she has variant of book bags in her library of purses. Celebs such as Natalie Portman and Clemence Poesy already got their hands on the bags. Natalie Portman carried a Lolita book bag at the premier of her latest movie Black Swan.

While Clemence Poesy carried a La Belle et la Bete book bag at the premier of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 1.

See aren't those book bags just fabulous?
